Viacom and Time Warner Cable reached an “agreement” early Thursday morning, avoiding a blackout that would have left 13 million viewers without MTV, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon… their God given right! After a day of dragging each other through the mud and media, Viacom decided that somewhere in the neighborhood for $40 million would do nicely.
